FESTIVAL ITALIA

Italian dining group ilLido brings all 4 of its restaurants together in one location for the first time to celebrate the culinary gems of Italy. Festival Italia draws inspiration from Italy’s street food fairs and will feature signatures from the group’s restaurants — Amo, Baia, Sospiri and Southbridge.

Taking place at BAIA, the newest rooftop bar in Esplanade Mall, festival go-ers can expect to be surrounded by the irresistible aroma of freshly baked pizza and fried panzerotti. Savour Italian treats handmade by Beppe de Vito and team including arancini, handmade pasta and traditional tiramisu while sipping on wines and classic Italian cocktails made by BAIA bar manager Adonis Reyes in collaboration with Campari. Nut-based Gelateria DOPA will also be joining the festivities to offer a selection of gelatos as a sweet treat.
